Stackpole 2018- Day 2
This morning, our group were the first group to go coasteering. They loved it! However, as you can see from the photos, putting wet-suits on was a struggle!
One of the other groups went to the woods to do some conservation and orienteering and one group went cycling. They all looked a bit more worn out coming back compared to how they left, but they all said they’ve had a good time.
The other two groups were out climbing and coastal walking, so we wouldn’t see them until dinner. It has been such a busy all round but they have enjoyed every minute!
This afternoon, three of the groups went to the beach. We explored the rockpools, investigating the creatures that live there. Overall, we found sea stars, crabs, blennies, limpets, barnacles, snails and anemones.
After a dinner of pasta bolognese, accompanied by jam sponge and custard, Class 7 did the nightline. Once they got used to being blindfolded and communicating, they found their way to the end. Class 8’s turn tomorrow!
